HOLMES Occupational Performance (“HOLMES”, “I”, “me”), founded by Dr Justin Holmes, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach me at justin@holmes-chiro.com with any question about this notice or your data.
The only personal data this site actively collects is what you choose to enter in the enquiry form: your name, organisation, work email address, role, and any message you write. I collect it only when you submit that form.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes limited technical information (such as IP address and request data) to deliver and secure the site; see “Where your data is processed” below.
I use the details you submit for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send me. I do not use your details for marketing, and I do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.
The form is handled entirely within infrastructure I control on Cloudflare. When you submit it, the enquiry is delivered to my own inbox by email so that I can reply. There is no third-party form service, no external marketing platform, and no advertising network involved. Cloudflare acts as a processor for hosting and email delivery; your enquiry is not passed to any other third party.
I keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. If nothing comes of an enquiry, I delete it in the normal course of managing my inbox. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email me at justin@holmes-chiro.com and I will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
I may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
